What I keep seeing
The people who find their way to me aren't lost, even though they might describe themselves that way. They're actually capable, self-aware, and QUITE often, they're the person everyone ELSE comes to for clarity.
They've read books. They know their patterns.
What they can't figure out is why — with all of that — the thing they most want to do still isn't happening.
Their book isn't written. The business isn't launched. No leaps have been attempted. Something feels wrong.
Underneath every single version of that story, I find the same thing:
At some point, they stopped trusting themselves as the expert on their own life.
They're making decisions as an old version of themselves. Waiting for certainty. Believing — somewhere deep and unexamined — that what they want is either too much, or not quite meant for them as they are TODAY.
