Hi, I'm Cori Anne

Astrology has changed my life and offered me a path of co-creation with fate. From the very moment I found the art of astrology, I knew I had found my calling.

My greatest sense of purpose lies in allowing my study and practice of astrology to exist in service to a greater lineage of the discipline, and to serve as a conduit for inviting others into being in relationship with their natal chart and all it has to offer them.

Hi, I'm Cori Anne...

I’m a Brooklyn-based astrologer, by way of Asheville, North Carolina, but grew up in Florida. In other words, I’ve always been a wanderer. I have been studying astrology for over thirteen years and developing my professional practice through doing consultation, teaching, writing, and bringing the magic of astrology to events since 2021. My journey with astrology began with a modern, psychological approach but I truly found my calling the further I dove into traditional astrology. Much of my journey and education has been self-directed, but has also featured the integral support of other incredibly talented astrologers. Over the years I’ve worked closely with the iconic Aliza Kelly, who taught me how to bring authenticity, community, and compassion into an astrological practice, as well as my mentor, Cristina Farella of Eighth House Astrology, who guided me in weaving myth, storytelling, and magic into my practice. The course of my own independent studies have been heavily guided and inspired by the invaluable contemporary work of Demetra George, Jason Holley, Chris Brennan, as well as countless ancient contributors who have built the lineage and discipline of astrology over the course of millennia. I’ve taken courses in evolutionary astrology with Steven Forrest, Zodiacal Releasing with Grey Crawford, and am currently enrolled in the School of Traditional Astrology’s Horary Practitioner’s course under the brilliant guidance of Deborah Holding.

My career as an astrologer has brought me incredible opportunities, from the intimate, oracular container of one-on-one client work to using astrology as a tool of insight and connection with mini readings at large events. I spent two years contributing daily horoscopes to the website Collective World, as well as writing contributions for personal blogs, ghost writing, and publishing astrology forecasts and writings on astrology for my own substack and blog over the course of the last several years. I additionally spent two years writing, hosting, and producing a weekly astrology forecast podcast. In addition to independently hosting workshops and teaching several classes both in person and online, I have also given a talk for the Association of Young Astrologers for their Seminar Under the Stars series, and am looking forward to contributing to the association again next month. Perhaps most excitingly, I am currently looking forward to speaking at my first astrology conference at the United Astrology Conference in September of this year.

Outside of my journey and work as an astrologer, I hold a BA in Art History from Florida State University, a part of my education that supported my future as an astrologer by training me to understand historical context, center the lived human experience, and seek symbolism and deeper meaning in all things. Other areas of study and disciplines that have played an important role in my life are herbalism, foraging, traditional witchcraft, and European and Appalachian folk magic. I completed an herbalism course at the Appalachian School of Holistic Herbalism and a year-long apprenticeship with Rebecca Beyer of Blood and Spicebush that focused on traditional witchcraft, folk magic, and bioregional herbalism. I am currently enrolled at Pacific College of Health and Science in their massage therapy program where I have found a passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine and am looking forward to merging my future career as a massage therapist with my work as an astrologer through the discipline of medical astrology.

All of these areas of discipline and study weave together and support one another through my work that prioritizes and centers the importance of a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach in our health and wellbeing, as well as the animistic connection between ourselves as humans and the world around us (and the cosmos above us!).
